Story:
Julián and Nicolás, two priests and long-standing
friends, work tirelessly to help the local people in Villa Virgin, a

failure of a project he was leading in the jungle, after paramilitary forces
assassinated members of the community. Deeply troubled, he finds a little
comfort with Luciana, a young, attractive, atheist social worker. As Nicolás’
faith weakens, tension and violence between the slum’s drug-dealing cartels
grow. And when work on the hospital is halted by ministerial decree, the fuse

Story:
When Aunt Yoyita dies during a visit to Gina in
Guantánamo, Gina, along with Yoyita's childhood sweetheart, the aging
Cándido, must take the body to Havana. To their annoyance, Gina's overbearing
husband Adolfo, a punctilious undertaker with political ambitions, takes
charge of the journey, including several transfers along the way between
hearses.
On the road, they keep crossing paths with Mariano,
a playboy trucker with a woman at every way station. He and Gina recognize
each other: he was her student and wrote her of how much he loved her, then
dropped out of school in embarrassment. Before they reach Havana, Gina
realizes she can choose between Adolfo and Mariano.
吉娜本來是大學教師，為了在政府部門工作的丈夫而辭職，她那多年未歸的演唱家姑媽來找她，姑媽的舊情人也來重聚，姑媽安然而逝。眾人決定護送姑媽的靈柩回哈瓦那安葬，途中吉娜遇見她原來的學生、暗戀過她的卡車司機馬里諾，一路上彼此間增加了相互的理解，吉娜對自私專橫而官僚主義十足的丈夫也漸漸失去信心。最後靈柩到達哈瓦那，而吉娜也選擇了馬里諾，重新開始自己的生活道路。

killing someone; on the one hand, there are the moral and legal consequences,
besides he also doesn’t believe that Uncle Mik’s information is reliable; on
the other hand, there’s the idea of having a free life, without the regular and
intense presence of Uncle Mik.

Story:
The story takes place in Havana, Cuba in 1979. David

use David to spy on Diego, a person whom they see as aberrant and dangerous
to the Communist cause; Diego, for his part, initiates the friendship with
sexual intentions.
